chicken kadhai

cooking time : 20 minutes
preparation time : 15 minutes
serve: 2-3

ingredients :

skinless chicken                1/2 kg 4 pieces 
onion                                   1 finely chopped 
ginger garlic paste              1 tbsp

oil                                     1 cup
salt to taste 
red chilly powder                2 tbsp
tomato pulp                          2 cups
turmeric powder              1 tsp
green chilly                   5
garam masala powder          1/2 tsp
green coriander              1 cup


method :  

  • heat up a pan add oil and put ginger garlic paste . 
  • stir for  while and add chopped onion and stir till onion get nice golden color . 

  • add chicken and sauté for 10 minutes on medium flame . 

  • now add salt , turmeric , red chilly powder , and chopped tomato ( tomato puree ). garam masala powder cover and cook for 5 to 8 minutes on slow flame . 
  • open the pan and fresh coriander and chilly slices . remove in a platter and serve with naan .
