chilly potato

cooking time : 20 minutes
preparation time : 15 minutes
serve: 4

ingredients :

peeled chopped potato in cubes                2 cups
green capsicum                                    1 seeds removed and chopped in cubes 
ginger garlic paste                            1/2 tsp
salt to taste 
corn flour                                1 tbsp
chilly sauce                   2 tbsp
tomato  paste                        2 tbsp
soya sauce                         1 tbsp
vinegar                           1 tbsp
black pepper powder            1/2 tsp
tooth pick                                as required 

method :  
  • in a mixing bowl take boiled potato add pepper powder and corn flour an 2 tbsp of water and mix well . 

  • now deep fry it in oil for 2 minutes and set aside . 

  • in a pan heat up oil add ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp of water soya sauce , tomato paste , vinegar , and chilly sauce and give it a gentle stir . 

  • now add capsicum pieces and fried potato and toss them all together . so that the sauce get coated with potato and capsicum . 
  • put the capsicum and potato in tooth pick to serve in party as starter . 
  • serve immediately .
