chicken milano


cooking time : 15 minutes 

preparation time : 15 minutes 









ingredients :


to marination :
chicken breast fillets               6 
salt to taste 
pepper                        1 tsp
soya sauce                    2 tbsp
ginger garlic paste        1 tsp
Worcestershire sauce       2 tsp

others :
egg                                                         2 
bread crumbs                                            1 cup
refined flour                                              1 cup 
oil /butter to fry                                        2 tbsp
mayonnaise and mustard sauce        1 tbsp





method :

  • in a large mixing bowl take chicken breast fillets , salt , soya sauce , pepper , ginger garlic paste , Worcester shire sauce and mix well and cover the bowl and set it in fridge to marinade for 1 hour . 
  • after that in a platter beat two eggs set aside .
  • in other platter take bread crumbs ,
  • in a different platter take refined flour and season with salt and pepper . and set aside .


to fry :

  • in a frying pan melt butter / or heat oil .
  •  first take chicken breast and first dip it into refined flour mix well . then dip it into egg after that place it in bread crumbs ,
  • fry it in a butter on slow flame , cook both the side . until golden color . 
  • remove in a serving platter . and garnish it with mustard and mayonnaise sauce .
