twin mushrooms


cooking time:20 minutes preparation time : 15 minutes 









ingredients :


mushrooms              10 -12
potato mix                    1 cup cooked 
tooth pick                        6 - 7 
refined flour                  1 cup
corn flour                       1 tbsp
red chilly powder              1/2 tsp
black pepper powder          1/2 tsp
chaat masala                    1/2 tsp
salt to taste                      or 1/2 tsp
orange food color             pinch 
coriander leaf                     2 tsp
water                             1/2 cup
oil                                     2 cup 

to garnish :

coriander leaf               1 tsp
chaat masala                      1/2 tsp

to serve :
tomato ketchup               1/4 cup


method :


  • to prepare twin mushrooms fill the potato filling in the hollow shape mushroom and seal two mushrooms together with the help of toothpick . and set aside .

for batter :

  • in a medium size mixing bowl take refined flour , salt , red chilly powder , black pepper powder , chaat masala , coriander leaf , orange food color , corn flour and add water and mix well  make thick batter . 

  • heat up oil in a pan to fry.


  • now take each toothpick sealed mushrooms and dip into the batter and deep fry it in oil until golden crisp . 

  • remove in a serving platter and garnish it with chaat masala and coriander leaf , serve immediately
