tikka boti

cooking time : 20 minutes
preparation time : 15 minutes
serve:4  


ingredients :


skinless boneless chicken breast    500 grams (chopped in cubes )
salt to taste 
grated garlic                                  1 tsp 
ginger paste                                   1 tsp
tikka boti masala                             1 tbsp
papaya paste                             1 tbsp
oil                                        to fry 
sate stick                             few 





method :  
  • in a large mixing bowl take chicken breast pieces salt ginger paste , garlic paste , tikka boti masala , raw papaya paste , and mix well . cover with plastic wrap and set it in fridge for 2 hour to marinate 
  • after that place them on sate stick and shallow fry it oil . rotate stick evenly so that chicken get cooked from all the sides evenly .
  • serve immediately .
