chick pea salad (chana salad )

preparation time : 15 minutes 

cooking time : Nil 













ingredients :



chickpea                           1 cup boiled 
green onion                       1/4 cup finely chopped 
tomato                               1/2 cup chopped 
cottage cheese                  1/4 cup roughly chopped 
salt to taste 
sugar                                  1/4 tsp
fresh coriander leaves         1 tbsp chopped 
green chilly                             1 finely chopped 
boiled potato                         1 roughly mashed 



for dressing :

lemon juice                       2 tbsp 
red chilly powder              1/4 tsp
green chilly                          1 finely chopped 
olive oil                               1 tbsp
salt to taste 
fresh garlic paste                  1 tsp

method :

for dressing :
  • take lemon juice in a small bowl , add salt , red chilly powder , green chilly , olive oil , and fresh grated garlic and mix well and set aside .




  • in a big bowl take boiled chickpea , add boiled and mashed potato , tomato , green onion , grated cheese ,salt , sugar ,fresh coriander leaves ,green chilly and mi

  • pour the prepared dressing into it and again mix well .




  • remove in a platter and ready to serve
