chicken Franky


preparation time : 10 minutes 
cooking time :    10 minutes 
















ingredients :

home made tortilla / roti          1
chicken breast                            250 gram finely chopped 
garlic                                                 1 tsp  grated 
oil                                                     2 tbsp
salt to taste 
turmeric powder                     1/4 tsp
cumin powder                            1/4 tsp
red chilly powder                     1/4 tsp
black pepper powder                1/4 tsp
green chilly sauce                     1 tsp
onion                                              1 finely chopped 
green capsicum                          1 tbsp finely chopped 
yellow capsicum                        1 tbsp finely chopped (optional)
red capsicum                                1 tbsp finely chopped (optional)
tomato ketchup                          2 tbsp
lettuce leaves                               1 




method :


  • take chicken pieces into a bowl add turmeric powder , salt , grated garlic , red chilly powder , green sauce and mix well .

  • now heat oil in a pan and add chicken pieces into it now saute on high flame foe 3 minutes .

  • now add chopped onion and stir well for a while .

  • add green capsicum , red capsicum , yellow capsicum and stir well .
  • add tomato ketchup at the end .

  • heat chapati / tortilla in a griddle .green it with little oil .

  • take it off from griddle place lettuce leave on it followed by prepared chicken filling . now roll it up and cut into pieces .
  • serve in a platter .
