Healthy sandwich


preparation time : 10 minutes 
cooking time : nil 










ingredients :



multi grain bread     6 to 8 slices 
cucumber                    1 sliced 
tomato                         2 sliced
tofu ( bean curd )         100 grams
pickled onion                 4
green chillies               2 chopped 
sun-dried tomato            6
hung yogurt                 1/2 cup
salt to taste 
ice-burg lettuce                4



method :

  • grind tofu , pickled onion , sun-dried tomatoes hung yogurt and salt into paste .
  • spread this paste over bread slices . flowed by lettuce leaves ,tomato slices , cucumber slices  cover with other slices
     
    . sprinkle salt and press lightly .
  • cut and serve .
