pyaaz ki roti (onion bread )

preparation time : 10 minutes 
cooking time : 15 minutes 












ingredients :


wheat flour               2 cup 
salt                           1/2 tsp
onion                        3  diced  (medium size onion )
garlic                          5 cloves roughly chopped 
green chilly                 2 finely chopped 




method :
  • in a bowl take wheat flour ,add salt chopped garlic , finely chopped onion and green  chilly and salt and mix well with hand for 5 minutes .
  • now slowly add water and make fine dough .
  • now divide the dough into 3 equally balls .
  • with the help of kitchen roller make fine roti / chapati .it should be thick .
  • heat up pan and cook it on both the side in slow flame .
  • ready to eat . honestly saying you can eat it without any sauce , or gravy it so yummy .try it
