chicken chilli

preparation time : 10 minutes 
cooking time : 10 minutes 













ingredients :


chicken breast                        400 gram  chopped in 1 inches cubes 
corn flour                               2 tbsp
salt to taste 
white pepper powder               1/2 tsp
soya sauce                                2 tbsp
 egg white                                  1 egg white
sesame oil / cooking oil                                  4 tbsp
garlic                                          8 to 10 chopped 
ginger                                         1 inches grated 
green chilly                                   5 to 6 slit
onion                                            1 cup cut into cubes 
green bell pepper                           1 cup cut into cubes 
red chilly sauce                               2 tbsp
white vinegar                                   1 tsp
sugar                                               1/2 tsp
ajinomoto                                       pinch 
water/ chicken stock                          1/2 cup
spring onion                                        1 cups ( chopped )



method :


  • take chicken pieces into big bowl add white pepper powder , corn flour , soya sauce ,salt and 1 tsp oil . mix well .
  • heat up oil in  pan and fry this chicken ( do not over cook ).
  • heat up sesame oil , add ginger garlic , slit green chilly , add onion , bell pepper saute for 1 minute 
  • add soya sauce , chilly sauce .and saute for 1 minute .
  • now add fried chicken pieces .add salt suger and ajinomoto and water .
  • add vinegar and stir well.
  • take a small bowl add corn flour add water and make paste .
  • now add this corn flour paste pour into chicken . and saute .
  • now add spring onion cook one more minute . and remove in a platter and serve hot .
