creamy pineapple pudding :


 preparation time : 20 minutes 
cooking time : 10 minutes











ingredients :




lemon jelly Cristal                       85 gram 
boiling water                                  1 cup
sponge cake                                    1 
milk                                                 1/2 liter 
custard powder                                 2 tbsp
crushed pineapple chunk                      1 cup canned and drained 
icing sugar                                        1 tbsp
normal sugar                                             1 tbsp
whipped cream                                  1 cup


for garnishing :

dark chocolate melted                      2 tbsp



preparations:



  • heat up one cup of water allow it to boil ad jelly Cristal and boil for 5 more minutes .remove in small bowl and set it in refrigerator for 1 hour .
  •  take sponge cake and cut it into slices and set aside .
  • take custard powder in a small bowl and little chilled water and mix well til custard get fully dissolved set aside .
  • add little icing sugar in whipped cream and mix well . now fill this  into piping bag and set aside .

method :
  • heat up milk in a pan and allow it to boil.add sugar . stir it . in the same time .take bowl of dissolved custard powder and stir till custard get dissolved now pour this into boiling milk and continuous stir until the milk mixture get thicken .when  it get thicken close the flame.and allow it to get room temperature.

assembling :



  • in a deep pan . place first layer of sponge cake slices .

  • spread 1/2 tsp of icing sugar on it .


  • then spread prepared custard layer on it .followed by pineapple chunk and jelly layer. then again place custard layer , pineapple layer and jelly layer till the ingredients get finished .

  • at the last layer spread whipped cream on last layer .

  • roughly spread 2 tbsp of melted chocolate on it . set this into fridge for 2 hours then serve chilled.
