french crepe



preparation time : 10 minutes 

cooking time :  5 minutes 








ingredients :



all purpose  flour      1 cup
salt                     1/4 tsp
sugar                   1 tsp
milk                     1 cup
egg                       3

vanilla extract      2 to 3 drop ( optional)
butter                       3 tbsp


to garnish      :





chopped banana        2 pieces
raspberries                2 to 4


method :

  • in a large bowl take 1 cup of refined flour , 1 tsp sugar and 1/4  tsp of salt . mix them together .

  • in a large bowl break 3 eggs add milk and whisk well . now add 2 to 3 drops of vanilla extract and 2 tbsp of melted butter . whisk again . (u can use blender to blend this )

  • now grease 1 tsp of butter  now pour 1 tbsp of of prepared flour mixture over it and spread it finely in round shape . cook it for 2 minutes . when it looks like little dry flip it and cook other side for 30 seconds more .
