ramen salad


 cooking time : 10 minutes
preparation time : 20 minutes 








ingredients :


fresh coleslaw mix                                   1  cup
fresh broccoli chopped                          1 cup
green onion                                                   2 finely chopped 
peeled and chopped almonds            

   2 tbsp ( roasted 
sunflower seed                                                2 tbsp (roasted )
chicken flavor ramen noodle                  1 cup( crumbled )
butter                                                                1 tbsp 
ramen noodle seasoning packet               2 



for dressing :

apple cider vinegar                           3 tbsp
ground sugar                                      4 tbsp (u can increase if u like sugar more )
olive oil                                              4 tbsp
orange juice                                        3 tbsp
soya sauce                                            2 tsp


method :


  • in a large mini bowl take broccoli , green onion mix well add coleslaw mix .


  • now heat up butter in a pan add crumbled noodles , peeled and chopped almonds, sunflower seed and toss them together . well ensure that all the ingredients get roasted . put this into broccoli bowl .and mix well .


  • to prepare dressing in a small jar take soya sauce , olive oil , orange juice , apple cider renegade , lid the jar and shake it till all the things get well mixed and sugar dissolve .

  • pour this over broccoli and ramen prepared salad . mix well and serve .
