sheesh kabab


cooking time : 15 minutes 
preparation time : 20 minutes












ingredients :


chicken breast                        2 chopped in 1 inches cubes
salt to taste
ginger garlic paste                       1 tsp
white vinegar                            1 tbsp
hung curd                                   1 tbsp
tandoori masala                            1/2 tsp
paprika powder                            1/2 tsp
tomato puree                                  1 tbsp
tomato ketchup                              1/2 tbsp
black pepper powder                          1/4 tsp
green cardamom                                    1
star anise                                             1
cloves                                                 2
corn flour                                    1 tbsp
coriander leaf                            1 tbsp
onion   chopped                                2
yellow green red bell-pepper              1 cup in one inches cubes
egg white                                           1
oil                                                       1 tbsp


to garnish
coriander leaf                                  1 tsp


method :



1st marination :



  • to prepare sheesh kabab cut chicken breast into 1 inches cubes and put them into bowl ( make sure bowl and chicken does not contain water ) .
  • now add vinegar , salt and mix well set aside to marinate it for 15 minutes .

2nd marination :



  • to prepare second marination add curd in separate bowl add paprika ,ginger garlic paste ,tomato ketchup , tomato puree,salt , tandoori masala ,black pepper powder , star anise,clove , green cardamom ,and whisk this well . 

  • now put this mixture into marinated chicken mix well.

  • add bell peppers , onion slices .corn flour , coriander leaf and again mix well and set aside for 1 hours to marinade .

  • in the end at the time of frying add egg white and mix well now place chicken bell peppers , and onion into wooden skewer / sate stick .

  • pour some oil into griller and grill the chicken pieces on all the side until chicken get cooked . it gonna take 5 to 6 minutes .


  • remove in a serving platter and sprinkle fresh coriander. serve with any sauce , or chutney .
