mushroom spinach filling


cooking time : 15 minutes 

preparation time : 10 minutes 











ingredients :



mushrooms                  1 cup chopped 
spinach                      1 cup chopped 
salt                              pinch
grated cheese                 2 tbsp
tomatoes                     2 chopped    
butter                           1 tbsp


method :





  • heat up butter in a pan



  • add chopped mushrooms saute for 1 minute, add tomato and again stir and cook for 1 minute. now add spinach and salt and toss them together and cover and cook for 3 minutes on low flame .
  • filling is ready put it on French pan cake  and spread cheese over it and fold pan cake .. 

  • garnish it with cheese .serve hot .
