stawberry cheese cake /no baking cheese cake



cooking time : 10 minutes 
preparation time : 40 -45 minutes 







ingredients :

biscuits crushed                 15
butter                                    3 tbsp
curd                                        2 cup
strawberry puree                   1/2 cup
water                                       1/2 cup
gelatin                                   4 tsp
cream                                 1 cup
sugar powdered                    3 tbsp


to garnish :

cream                                   1/2 cup
strawberry sliced                   6 to 7
silver balls                              2 tsp


method :

  • to prepare strawberry cheese cakes base  mix butter with biscuit crushed in a platter .

  • put this prepared mixture in a mold base and set it with the help of spoon , keep this base to freeze into refrigerator for 15 - 20 minutes .

  • there after beat strawberry with curd in a bowl and set aside . 
  • to thicken the batter pour water in a pan and soak gelatin in it .

  • beat cream along with sugar and add this into whipped strawberry mix.

  • heat soaked gelatin for a while and pour it immediately in strawberry mix as well .

  • pour this strawberry mixture over prepared crushed biscuit tin . and set it into fridge for 3 hours to set . 

  •  remove in a serving platter and garnish with cream , sliced strawberry and silver balls .

fudge sauce /icecream sauce

cooking time : 10 minutes preparation time : 10 minutes 









ingredients :


coco powder                       4 tsp
cornflour                              2 tsp
dark chocolate                             1 cup chopped 
water                                        1 cup 
butter                                     1 tbsp
sugar                                1 tbsp

method :




  • in a deep sauce pan boil water add sugar . 

  • at the same time in a small bowl take 4 tsp of coco powder and 2 tsp of cornflour mix well and add water and again make fine paste .

  • pour this into water being boiling and stir continuously for 2 minutes . 


  • add dark chocolate , butter and stir till chocolate get melt properly . 
  • remove in a bowl and use it when ever required .




chocolate truffle


cooking time : 5 minutes 

preparation time : 15 minutes 








ingredients :

cream                1/2 cup

dark chocolate chopped                1 cup
butter                                                 1 tsp
melted chocolate                                 1/2 cup
paper cases                                         10


to garnish:

cream                        2 tbsp

method :

  • to prepare chocolate truffle heat cream in a pan .

  • in a  large mixing bowl take dark  chocolate , heated cream , butter mix all together and set in refrigerator for 2 hours .

  • make small round shape choco ball out of the prepared mixture , dip them in melted chocolate and keep them in refrigerator for 20 minutes . 

  • place paper cases in a serving dish and put choco ball in that . garnish it with creams.

nariyal chutney (coconut chutney )


cooking time : 10 minutes preparation  time : 10 minutes 











ingredients :


coconut grated                 1 cup 
curd                                   2 tbsp
ginger                                     1 tsp
peanuts                               2 tbsp 
salt                                   1/2 tsp
green chillies                      2 tsp chopped 
water                                 1/2 cup

tempering :

oil                                   1 tbsp
mustard seeds                1/2 tsp
curry leaves                       10

method :


  • to prepare nariyal chutney (coconut chutney ) take grated coconut in grinder jar , put curd , chopped ginger , chopped green chillies , roasted peanuts , salt ,water & run it for a while .

  • transfer prepared nariyal chutney (coconut chutney ) in serving bowl .and set aside . 

  • to prepare tempering (tadka ) for coconut chutney heat oil in small pan add mustard seeds , curry leafs , cook for 1 minute on slw flame . pour this into prepared coconut chutney . and serve with any meal , or any south indian dish.

Masala dosa



cooking time : 10 minutes 
preparation time : 15 minutes 








ingredients :

rice                              1 cup soaked water
black gram soaked             1/2 cup
yellow gram soaked              1 tbsp
fenugreak seeds soaked           pinch 
salt                                           1 tsp
oil                                                2 tbsp
mustard seeds                                1/2 tsp
cumin seeds                                 1/2 tsp
onion                                         1 finely chopped 
curry leafs                                  12
green chilly chopped                  2 
turmeric
powder                          1/2 tsp
red chilly powder                          1/2 tsp
coriander powder                       1 tbsp
garam masala                             1/2 tsp
water                                       4 tbsp
potato boiled                            6 
coriander leaf                         2 tbsp chopped 

other things :

piece of onion            1 
wet piece of cotton cloth             1 

method :

to prepare dosa batter :
  • to prepare dosa batter take soaked rice in grinder jar and run it for a while . transfer this prepared batter into separate bowl . 

  • there after take soaked black gram and soaked yellow gram and soaked fenugreak seeds and run it . mix it with prepared batter of rice keep this batter to ferment  for 8 to 9 hours on room temperature . 

  • after that at the time of preparing add salt 


to prepare filling :



  • for filling heat oil in a pan , put mustard seeds , cumin seeds , chopped onion , curry leafs , chopped green chillies , turmeric powder , red chilly powder , coriander powder , garam masala , boiled mashed potato , salt , chopped coriander leaf , water mix all the ingredients well .



  • to prepare dosa heat little oil in a griddle and spread it with the help of onion . 

  • drop some water and wipe it off with cotton cloth . 


  • there after smear prepared batter in circular motion , on heated griddle and stuffed it with prepared filling . 

  • roll it and serve with chutney .

masoor dal khichdi


cooking time : 15 minutes 
preparation time : nil 







ingredients :


rice                                         1 cup 
Split Red Gram (arhar dal)       1/2 cup
split red lentil (masoor dal )         1/2 cup 
salt to taste 
water                                            2 cups


for tempering /tadka :

onion                      1 finely chopped 
green chillies                3  finely chopped 
oil                                        2 tbsp 


method :


  • in a pressure cooker take split red gram ( arhar dal ) , split red lentil (masoor dal ) , and rice , mix all the ingredients together . 
  • wash it with water .
  • add 2 cup of water and salt . and allow it to get 1 steam . close the flame and let the steam get finish by it self ( wait ten minutes ) .
  • in a small tempering pan heat up two tbsp of vegetable oil add finely chopped onion and stir occasionally . let the onion get fine light golden color then add finely chopped chilies . and cook it for more 30 seconds on slow flame . 
  • pour this mixture into prepared khichdi or rice and lentil mixture . 
  • remove in a platter and serve with desi ghee , achar , or just like that .

chicken Dhaba Jalfrezi

preparation time : 10 minutes 
cooking time : 15 to 20 minutes 








ingredients :


skinless boneless chicken cubes             1/2 kg 
ginger garlic paste                                   1 tsp
salt                                                      1 tsp
red chilly powder                                1 tsp
black pepper powder                       1/2 tsp
red chilly sauce                                  2 tbsp
tomato ketchup                                   2 tbsp
capsicum                                       1 chopped in one inches cubes (seed removed )
onion                                         1 chopped in 1 inches  cubes
green fresh chopped coriander           2 tbsp
tomato                                                2 chopped 
chopped green chilly                           3 



preparation :

for topping :
  • break a egg in small ball add 1/4 tsp of black pepper powder and salt whisk and and heat a a pan and make an thin layer omelet . 
  • chop this omelet with help of kitchen seizer in small strips . set aside 
method :

to marinade :
  • in a large mixing bowl take chicken pieces add 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste , salt 1 tsp , red chilly powder , black pepper powder 1/2 tsp , chilly sauce 2 tbsp , ketchup 2 tbsp mix well and set aside to marinate for 20 minutes  



method :
  • heat up 1/2 cup of oil in a heavy bottom pan add chopped tomato . and cook until till comes out add marinated chicken and sauté for 3 more minutes 


  • add cubes onion , chopped cube capsicum , and stir fry .cook on medium flame for 10 minutes .

  • add 1/4 cup of water and again cook for 3 minutes  in the end add chopped coriander leaf and fried egg, and chopped chilly  strips toss them together and remove in a serving bowl serve immediately .  


white chicken kadai

cooking time : 15 - 20 minutes 
preparation time : 10 minutes 









ingredients :


skinless chicken pieces                  1 kg 
salt to taste 
ginger garlic  paste                      1.5 tsp
green chilly paste                          1 tsp
all spice powder(garam masala )                          1 tsp
curd                                                  1/2 cup 
chopped green chilly                          4-5 
lemon juice                                         4 tbsp 
fresh cream                                          1/2 cup or 4 tbsp 
Julianne chopped ginger                           1 tsp
cooking oil                                           1/2 cup or 5 to 6 tbsp
white cumin ground                        1.5 tsp
crushed black pepper                       1 tsp




method :

  • heat up oil in a pan add chicken pieces and stir it till chicken changes color . to light golden . add ginger garlic paste , and green chilly paste , and salt and keep stirring on high flame on high flame . 
  • add crushed black pepper , and white cumin powder and again stir . 
  • add curd and 1/4 cup of water and cover &cook for 10 minutes on slow flame .
  • in the end add all spice powder (garam masala ) , chopped green chilly ,fresh cream , lemon juice , and Juliann chopped ginger and mix well .
  • cover and cook on slow flame for 5 minutes . 
  • remove in a serving bowl and serve with garlic naan , rice , or bread , paratha . 



chicken chapli kabab


cooking time : 10 minutes 

preparation time : 15 minutes 








ingredients :



boneless skinless chicken mince                      1/2 kg 
pomegranate  peeled  and crushed                           1 tbsp
ginger garlic paste                                                   1.2 tsp
salt                                                                          1.5 tsp 
tomato                                                                1 finely chopped seeds removed
onion                                                             2 medium size finely chopped
corn meal (makayee ka anta )                               2 tbsp 
egg                                                                         1
chopped green chilly                                        5-8                 
crushed&roasted  coriander seeds                      1.5 tsp 
crushed chilly flakes                                              2 tsp                                 baking soda                                                   pinch 
gram flour                                                        1 tbsp
crushed &roasted cumin seeds                         1.5 tsp                       
coriander leaf   (chopped )                                       2 tbsp  
oil to fry                                                             about 4 tbsp 

to garnish :

lettuce leaves                     4
lemon slice                            3  


method :


  • in a large mixing bowl take chicken mince add ginger garlic paste , corn meal ,  crushed roasted cumin powder , crushed roasted coriander , pomegranate crushed , chopped tomato ,   pinch of soda by carb (baking soda ), finely chopped onion ,egg , gram flour , chopped chilly , crushed red chilly ,  green coriander leaf , roasted crushed cumin seeds, salt  mix all the ingredients well and cover it with plastic wrap and set it in fridge for 30 minutes to marinade .




  • rub cooking oil in your palm and take 1- 2 tbsp of chicken mince and make fine shape . at the same time heat up 2 tbsp cooking oil in a pan and place kebabs on pan then cook on slow flame till kebabs get nice golden brown color . it will take about 1 minute on both the side  .

  • remove  in  serving platter and garnish it with salad leaf and lemon juice .   






note :

  • if you want to make it with beef mince or goat mince then also you use same ingredients . its so lavish.
  • kebabs must fry on very slow flame .

chocolate fondant


baking time : 10-12 minutes 
preparation time : 20 minutes 







ingredients :

icing sugar  sugar         200 grams    
flour                                 32 grams
dark chocolate                         141 grams
eggs                                               3
butter                           70 grams 
vanilla extract or green coriander powder  1/4 tsp




method . :


  • in a double boiler (or place a bowl over boiling water ) and melt chocolate and butter together .keep stirring . until chocolate and butter get melt .

  • add vanilla extract , or green cardamom powder  and again mix well .

  • in another bowl beat egg and sugar together until you get very fluffy mixture .

  • now add spoon by spoon melted butter and chocolate mixture in egg mixture and continue mixing or beating egg mixture . keep adding chocolate and butter mixture in it till it get finish. 

  • now add flour into chocolate mixture and again mix well . 

  • now grease the mold or any oven prove bowl with butter .

  • pour the prepared chocolate mixture in each bowl .

  • bake it in oven at 400 F for 12 to 13 minutes (depends on your oven ).

  • remove and allow it to come on room temperature .un mold it. 


  • serve .its inside juicy chocolate cake is ready .
