Shakshouka (egg fry)


cooking time : 10 minutes 
preparation time : 5 minutes 








ingredients :


eggs                     4
tomato                      3 finely chopped 
onion                       2 finely chopped 
garlic grated              2 cloves 
sea salt  to taste 
butter / oil                  1 tbsp
pepper                           1 tsp
cilantro/ fresh coriander       1 tsp


method :


  • in a frying pan melt butter add grated garlic and finely chopped onion cook until onion get transparent. add tomato and cook on medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes until tomato get soften . add salt pepper .
  • break 4 to 5 eggs over it .
  • with the help of spoon move egg white little bit so that it reaches pan bottom but do not mess up with yolk .cover and cook for 1 minute on low heat .
  • spread little
    ;e bit salt and pepper according to taste .and spread parsley on top .
  • serve immediately with any bread
