apricot pudding


 cooking time : 10 minutes 
preparation time : 10 minutes 










ingredients : 

apricot chopped                      1 cup ( soaked in water overnight )
sugar                                           2 tbsp
custard powder                          2 tbsp 
milk                                          1 cup


to garnish :

whipped cream                    1 tbsp
dry roasted nuts                       1 tbsp
milk leaf                              1 


method :



  • in a sauce pan boil milk , when milk starts boiling add water dissolved custard powder stir well till custard get little thicken . add 1 tbsp sugar and set in fridge to chill.


  • in a pan take apricot and sugar and cook on very slow flame till sugar get melt and apricot soften . 

assembling :



  • in a serving glass put a layer of apricot then place prepared chilled custard then on top layer spread whipped cream by using piping bag . 
  • garnish with roasted nuts  and mint leaf.
