creamy pistachio fruit salad

ingredients :


instant pistachio  pudding mix powder         100 grams
frozen whipped cream                    1 cup 
crushed walnuts                              3 tbsp
chopped banana                              2
canned fruit custard                                1/2 cup
canned lemonade orange drained      1 cup
grated pineapple with its juice            1 cup
mini marshmallows                            3 tbsp


to garnish :

cherry                                          2

 pistachio chopped                        1 tsp


method :

• in a big mixing bowl take instant pistachio pudding powder add grated pineapple with its juice mix them together .

• add whipped cream , chopped banana, crushed walnut , marshmallows, and canned fruit custard  mix them together .

• cover the bowl with plastic wrapper and freeze it for 30 minutes before serving .

• remove in a serving cup and garnish it with crushed walnuts , and cherry .

• serve chilled .
