ingredients :
sesame seeds 1 cup
vegetable oil 4 tbsp
method :
- or you can roast it into pan . in a pan place sesame seeds and dry roast it on slow flame for 15 minutes keep stirring while roasting . when it turns into light brown / golden color .
- now place it into mixture jar add vegetable oil and make fine paste its ready to use .
- its mostly use in shawarma , felafel , and hammus .etc .
