healthy sandwich

preparation time : 10 minutes 
cooking time : 2 minutes 











ingredients :


triangle sandwich bread                       6

cheese grated                                            1 cup
onion chopped                                        1 
green capsicum                                      1 chopped 
butter                                                       1 tbsp
potato (boiled), peeled sliced         1

tomato                                                     2 sliced  
cucumber                                                1 sliced 
green chatney /sauce                         2 tbsp
salt to taste 
pepper powder                                       1/2 tsp
chaat masala                                            1/2 tsp


method :

  • combine 1 medium chopped green onion , chopped capsicum , grated cheese , salt and pepper powder mix well set aside .


  • take 3 bread slices at a time . apply butter on both the sides of all slices ,place green chatney / sauce  potato slices on one side of bread sprinkle chaat masala on top place tomato and cucumber slices on it sprinkle chaat masala on it apply green chatney on it as well .


  • spread evenly the capsicum- cheespply green chatney on third slice and cover the sandwich with it .
 

 

  • place sandwich in a griller and grill till golden browides .serve with ketchup .
