ingredients :
mutton mince (keema ) with fat 1 kg
tomato puree 1/2 cup
onion 2 medium size chopped
green chilly 4 finely chopped
pepper powder 1/2 tsp
fresh coriander leaf chopped 2 tbsp
turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
mint leaf 1 tsp
ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
coriander powder 1/2 tsp
purpose flour 1 tbsp roasted
salt 1 tsp
garam masala powder 1/4 tsp
oil 2 tbsp
sate stick 10-12 (soaked in water for 30 minute before using )
method :
heat up pan and dry roast purpose flour just for 30 seconds . and immediately remove it in mutton mince (keema).
- add chopped onion , green chilly , pepper powder , fresh coriander leaf , ginger garlic paste , coriander powder , garam masala powder , salt turmeric powder , mint leaf and mix well with the help of palm .
- remove it in a bowl and stick it into sate stick with help of palm .
- heat up oil and fry it .till it get nice golden color .
- remove in a plate and serve it with green chatney .
