mushroom samosa




preparation time : 10 minutes

cooking time : 15 minutes 












ingredients :

mushroom chopped                     1 cup
salt to taste 
chopped green  chilly                     2

pepper powder                             1/2 tsp
grated cheese  mozzarella                 1/2 cup
soft cheese crumbled                        1 cup
green fresh coriander                       1 tbsp
onion                                            1 medium size finely chopped 
garlic clove grated                             1 tsp
switz samosa sheet                             10 -15
cumin powder                                   1 tsp
crushed red chilly powder                    1/2 tsp
butter                                                       1 tbsp
oil to deep fry 


method :

  • heat up 1 tbsp butter in a pan add grated garlic sauté for 30 seconds and add chopped onion and sauté till onion change color little bit .

  • add mushroom and sauté for 1 minute. now add chilly flicks ,pepper powder,salt , cumin powder mix well and close flame .


  • now add grated mozzarella cheese and soft cheese and mix well .make sure all spices get finely coated with cheese .allow it to cool down then fill it into switz samosa sheet and make samshape . shown in picture .

  • deep fry in medium hot oil .
