besani mirchi ( chilly fried )



preparation time : 10 minutes 
cooking time : 10 minutes 








ingredients :

chilly                 5 to 8
gram flour          2 tbsp
salt                     1/2 tsp
red chilly powder    1/2 tsp
cumin powder           1/2 tsp

turmeric powder             1/2 tsp
cooking soda               1/ 4 tsp
ginger garlic paste        1/4 tsp
oil to fry 


method :

  • in a medium size mixing bowl take gram flour , coking soda , salt , cumin powder , red chilly powder , garam masala , ginger garlic paste mix well .
  • now add 1/2 cup of water and make thick fie batter .
  • heat oil to fry in a pan now dip chillies into batter and fry on medium heat . 
  • remove in a serving plate and serve hot .
