tamarind sauce 1 tbsp
whipped curd 1 tbsp

method :
in a medium size mixing bowl take chick pea / gram flour . add salt , cooking soda, ginger garlic paste , red chilly powder , cumin powder ,mix well now add 1 cup of water and make thick paste .set aside .
now to make filling heat up little oil in a pan add cumin seeds, turmeric powder, asafoetida when it splutter add onion and saute for 1 minutes add mashed potato green chilly chopped coriander leaf , red chilly powder ,salt, garam masala powder and saute till all the ingredients get mixed well .close the heat .
now take big green chillies make cut length wise . now fill prepared potato mixture in cuts . and dip it into prepared batter and fry it in oil .on medium flame.
remove in a serving plate make pieces and spread 1 tbsp whipped curd on it and 1 tsp tamarind sauce .
