ingredients :
mutton mince /lamb mince 1/2 kg
salt 1 tsp
grated garlic 2 tsp
grated ginger /ginger powder 1 tsp
onion 2 finely chopped / grated
fresh parsley / fresh coriander leaf 2 tbsp ( chopped )
coriander powder 1 tbsp
cumin powder 1 tsp
Cinnamon powder 1/2 tbsp
fresh green chilly 3 to 4 finely chopped
black pepper powder 1/4 tsp
garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
egg 1
oil to grill
sate stick / wooden skewer 10 -12( soaked in water for 30 minutes before using)
method :
- in a large mixing bowl , take mutton mince , salt , grated garlic , grated ginger , onion , fresh coriander leaf , coriander powder , cinnamon powder , black pepper powder masala powder ), fresh chopped green chilly , mix all the ingredients for 4 to 5 hours or over night to marinate .
- now pour one beaten egg in this and again mix all this . and make small balls of all .
- brush some oil in griller in grill meat balls from all the sides till it get fine light brown color on slow flame .and mutton get cooked .
- remove in a serving place and serve immediately with naan , and curd raita , and green chutney , .
