boneless skin less chicken cubes 300 gram
onion powder 1 tbsp
paprika powder 1/2 tsp
olive oil 4 tbsp
red wine vinegar 1/2 tbsp
lemon juice 1 tbsp
red chilly powder 1 tsp
garlic powder 1 tsp
thyme to taste
white pepper powder 1 tsp
black pepper powder to taste
salt to taste
green and red yellow bell pepper 1 cup chopped in 1 inches triangle / cubes .
wooden skewer 6 to 8 .(soaked in chilled water for 30 minutes before using )

method :
- take chicken pieces into a large mixing bowl .
- to prepare marinade take 3 tbsp of olive oil in a mini bowl add red chilly powder , salt , red wine vinegar , lemon juice , garlic powder , thyme, white pepper powder , black pepper powder , salt . mix well .
- pour this prepared marinade over chicken pieces and mix well .and set it into fridge for 1 hour .
- now place them into wooden skewer and grease olive oil into griller and grill chicken pieces and turn screwer randomly .cook it 15 minutes .
- serve hot .
