ingredients :
1st marination :
chicken legs skin removed 6-7
lemon juice 1 tbsp
ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
salt 1/2 tsp
green chilly paste 2 tsp
2nd marination :
hung curd 1/2 cup
cream 1 tbsp
cheese 3 tbsp grated
ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
white pepper powder 1/4 tsp
chaat masala 1/2 tsp
green chilly 2 finely chopped
mace powder 1/4 tsp
corn flour 1 tbsp
green cardamom powder 1/4 tsp
to garnish :
salad leaf 2
chaat masala 1 pinch
onion rings 1 onion chopped ring wise
foil paper 1
mint sauce /pudina chatney
coriander leaf 1 tsp chopped
method :
1st marination :
- With the help of knife make slits on chicken leg pieces .
- add lemon juice , salt , green chilly paste , ginger garlic paste . mix well and set aside for 20 minutes .
2nd marination :
- in a small bowl take hung curd add 1 tbsp fresh cream ,and 3 tbsp grated cheese.1 tsp ginger garlic paste , 1/4 tsp mace powder , 1/4 tsp green coriander powder , 1/2 tsp chaat masala mix well and make smooth paste .
- add 1 tbsp corn flour and again mix well .
- rub this mixture over chicken pieces finely . and set aside for 2 hours .
- now add 1 tbsp mustard oil on chicken pieces mix well .
- arrange chicken legs on griller . and grill it in oven for 15 minutes .
- remove in a serving platter sprinkle chaat masala , fresh coriander leaf and serve it with onion rings and pudina chatney ( mint sauce)
