ingredients :
beat root (boiled ) 1 tbsp
tomato chopped 1 tbsp
curd 1 cup
water 1/4 cup
salt 1/4 tsp
sugar 1/2 tsp
cumin powder 1/4 tsp
coconut powder 2 tsp
coriander and mint leaf 1 tsp chopped
peanuts (roasted ) 1/2 tbsp
to tempering :
oil 1 tsp
asfoetida pinch
cumin seed 1/2 tsp
red chilly powder pinch
garnish :
boiled beetroot chopped 1 tsp
coriander leaf chopped 1 tsp
green chilly 2 sliced
method :
- in a bowl take curd water and salt mix well . add beetroot , cumin powder , coconut powder , coriander and mint leaf , roasted peanuts , chopped tomato and mix well .
- for tempering heat 1 tsp oil in a pan add asfoetida , salt cumin seed , red chilly powder and immediately pour this mixture into curd . mix well and remove in a bowl
