ingredients:
boneless skin less chicken breast 2
tomato puree 1 cup
taco seasoning 1 tsp
tomato ketchup 2 tbsp
cumin powder 1/2 tsp
mince garlic 1 tsp
chilly powder 1 tsp
salsa 1 tbsp
oregano 1/2 tsp
salt 1/4 tsp
butter 2 tsp
shredded cheese 2 tbsp
to garnish:
cheese 1 tbsp grated
coriander leaf 1 tsp
method:
- place chicken breast into a pan add tomato sauce , tomato ketchup, taco seasoning , salsa , cumin powder , mince garlic , butter , oregano , salt , red chilly powder , and cook the chicken on slow medium flame for 15 minutes .
- again cover and cook on slow flame for 5 minutes more .
- now place the chicken into tortilla and toping wit shredded cheese and coriander leaf . fold the tortilla and make a fine roll . bake it into oven for 5 minutes .
- serve immediately .
