chilly chicken

 
cooking time:10 minutes preparation time: 10 minutes 










ingredients:


boneless skin less chicken breast         300 grams chopped in one inches cubes 
red chilly sauce                                        3 tsp
soya sauce                                                1 tbsp
tomato ketchup                                        2 tbsp
white vinegar                                                2 tsp
garlic flakes grated                                         2 tbsp
ginger grated                                               1/2 tsp
onion                                                            1 chopped into 1 inches cubes 
capsicum                                                          1/2 cup chopped into cubes 
green chilly slices                                                4
coriander leafs                                                     2 tbsp chopped 
corn flour                                                           3 tsp
egg white                                                          1 tbsp
oil                                                                       6 tbsp
water                                                                   1/4 cup
salt                                                                   1/2 tsp


method:




  • to marinade chicken pieces mix it with egg white salt , and red chilly sauce mix well and set aside for 15 minutes 
  • heat oil in a pan and deep fry the marinated chicken for 5 minutes remove in a plater and set aside . 

  • in a separate bowl take ketchup , red chilly sauce , soya sauce and white vinegar and mix well set aside . 

  • heat 2 tbsp oil in a another pan add  grated garlic grated ginger , onion , capsicum and stir for 2 minutes on high flame add prepared sauce and 1/-4 cup of water . and cook till it get a boil .

  • now in another small bowl take corn flour and 3 tbsp water and mix well pour this into vegetable being cooked and keep stirring till mixture get thicken .
  • add fried chicken and mix well .





  • sprinkle coriander leafs and remove in a serving platter garnish it with chopped chilly .
