chicken leg 4
grated garlic cloves 3
lemon juice 3 tbsp
mace powder 1 tsp
paprika 1/2 tbsp
cumin 1/2 tsp
cayenne just a pinch
turmeric 1 tsp
olive oil 3 tbsp
for salad :
method :
- in a large mixing bowl take grated garlic cloves , paprika, salt , pepper , cumin powder , cayenne , turmeric , olive oil , lemon juice , mace powder and mix all ingredients very well .
- put chicken pieces on it and mix well . cover the bowl with plastic wrap and set it in fridge for 1 - 8 hours .
- place the chicken pieces on barbecue and grill it for 10 to 20 minutes , flip each 3 to 4 minutes to ovoid burning .
- serve with Lebanese salad .or with any meal
