ingredients :
chicken keema ( mince) 250 gram
ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
red chilly powder 1/2 tsp
one onion fried 1
green fresh coriander 2 tbsp chopped
green chilly 2 chopped
lemon juice 2 tsp
corn flour 1 tbsp
egg 1 (beaten )
oil to fry
bread crumbs 1 cup
corn flour dissolved in water 1 cup
to make acharai masala
cumin seed 1/2 tsp
fennel seeds 1/2 tsp
black seed 1/4 tsp
mustard seeds 1/4 tsp
cloves 2
method :
- in a large mixing bowl take chicken mince , ginger garlic paste , green chilly chopped , fresh coriander chopped , red chilly powder , salt , 1 beaten egg , one fried onion , lemon juice , and corn flour , mix well with your hands set aside for 10 minutes .
- at the same time in a frying pan dry roast , fennel seeds , cumin seeds , mustard seeds , cloves , and black seeds . when it cool down make fine powder of it .
- add this mixture powder to chicken mince and mix well .make small ball shape or the shape you like of your kababas .
- in a bowl take 2 tbsp corn flour and 1/4 cup water .
- dip prepared kababs into corn flour mixture then coat it with bread crumbs and stir fry in oil/ ghee .
- remove in a serving plater sprinkle some fresh coriander over it serve with any sauce .
