g☺i chay ( noodles and peanuts salad )


cooking time : 5 minutes
preparation time : 10 minutes 


ingredients :


boiled noodles              1 cup 
grated carrot                     1 
grated cabbage                      1 cup
chopped garlic                       4 cloves 


dressing :

mix herbs             1 tsp 
olive oil                2 tbsp
soya sauce               2 tbsp
red chilly sauce          1 tbsp
lemon juice               23 tbsp

to garnish :
roasted and crushed peanuts              4 tbsp 
red chillies                                           2
raisins                                                       1 tbsp (optional )


method :



  • take grated carrot , grated cabbage , , boiled noodles , and chopped garlic and mix well . 
  • to prepare dressing for this salad take olive oil in a small bowl add mix herbs ( basil , oregano , rose Mary ) soya sauce , red chilly sauce , lemon juice and mix all together well .

  • now pour this mixture over vegetable bowl and toss them together until they get mixed well . 
  • in the end remove in a serving bowl and garnish with red chilly crushed peanuts , and raisins .
