seekh kabab (kebab)



cooking time : 10 minutes 

preparation time : 15 minutes







ingredients :


beef mince             1/2 kg 
kidney fat                 125 gram 
salt                           1 tsp
coriander leaf           1/2 cup 
green chillies           3 to 4
onion                        1 sliced 
ginger chopped             1 inches 
garam masala           1 tsp
cumin powder              1 tsp
coriander                   1 tsp
iron rod                    dip in water for 15 minutes 




method :

  • place all the ingredients in a mixture jar and grind them finely . 

  • now remove in a bowl and and take small amount and place it(or stick ) on iron rod . 

  • and barbecue it .till get nice golden color . keep moving rod time to time to get the beef cooked evenly .
