Lahori Hareesa

 
cooking time : 30 minutes
preparation time : 15 minutes 













ingredients :

blanched spinach                       1 cup
salt to taste
oil                                             1 cup
clarified butter                            1/2 cup
onion sliced                                   3
salt to taste
beef mince                                500 gram
boiled grind-ed  oats                               250 gram
green chilly paste                      3 tbsp
yogurt                                   1 cup (250 gram)
chicken                                    1/2 kg skin less
ginger garlic paste                    2 tbsp
red chilly powder                      1 tsp

to garnish :

green coriander chopped               2 tbsp
green chilly slices                             5
lemon slice                                        2
chaat masala                        1/2 tsp

method :
  • in a pan heat 1/2 cup oil and ghee (clarified butter ) add sliced onion . when it get golden add chicken pieces and sauté . add ginger garlic paste , salt , 3 tbsp green chilly paste , salt to taste , curd .

  • in beef mince add salt , red chilly powder , and chaat masala , and mix well .set aside . 
  • add blanched spinach . sauté till oil comes out .
  • now add boiled oats . add 2 cups of water . 
kebabs :
  • take mince mixture and make small balls . and deep fry it in oil . add this with cooked  hareesa along with oil . 
  • remove in a serving platter and garnish it with left of kebabs mint leafs , chaat masala , and lemon slices.
