chicken fry


cooking time : 20 minutes preparation time : 10 minutes 











ingredients :


skinless chicken                        1 kg  chopped in large pieces 
hung curd                                   2 tbsp
salt to taste 
carom seeds                           1/2 tsp
fennel seeds                           1/2 tsp
cumin seeds                               1/2 tsp
black pepper powder                 1 tsp
chaat masala                                  1/2 tsp
red chillies powder                        1 tsp
ginger                                             1 tbsp
garlic paste                                   1 tbsp
cinnamon stick                                   1 inches 
coriander seeds                                 1 tsp
green chilly paste                             1 tbsp 
green cardamom                      2
clove                                     2 
mace                                       1 
whole black pepper                    3
lemon juice                                      2 tbsp
oil                                                    3 cup
corn flour                                             2 tsp

to garnish :
coriander leaf                      2 tbsp
chaat masala                          1 tsp
lemon slice                               1 


method :

  • take chicken pieces in a bowl and rub chilly paste , salt , lemon juice over chicken pieces . and set aside for 30 minutes .
  • take carom seeds , fennel seeds , black pepper powder , black pepper , chaat masala , ginger , garlic , salt , coriander seeds , cinnamon stick , clove , mace , coriander seeds , red chilly powder in a grinder jar and run it . make fine powder . 

  • in a bowl take hung curd add prepared spice powder and mix well .
  • now add marinated chicken and gain mix well and cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place it in fridge for 2 hours .

  • after that add corn flour and mix well .
  • heat up oil and deep fry the marinated chicken on medium slow heat .
  • remove in serving platter and serve .with green chutney , and lemon juice onion slices .
