BBQ liver kebab (kaleji tikka)


BBQ time : 10-15 minutes
preparation time : 10 minutes 











ingredients :


mutton liver                      1/2 kg 
ginger garlic paste              1 tbsp
salt to taste 
chilly powder                 1 tsp
chilly flakes                    1 tsp
turmeric                             1/2 tsp
lemon juice                       1 tbsp
hung curd                           1/2 cup
cumin powder                    1/2 tsp
oil                                          2 tbsp
coal as required .

method :
  • cut the mutton liver ( kaleji ) into small cubes .  
  • now in a bowl take mutton liver , ginger garlic paste , chilly powder , cumin powder , chilly  flakes , turmeric powder , hung curd , and mix well .set aside for 1 hour to get marinate . 

  • in  iron rod place the mutton liver pieces

    and place on fire coal (hot BBQ) . turn occasionally . then brush the left over marinade over mutton live pieces being cooking . 

  • remove in a serving platter and serve immediately with green chutney and lemon .
