achari sanzi


cooking time : 15 minutes
preparation time : 10 minutes 








ingredients :

cauliflower                       1 cup chopped 
green peas                        1 cup 
mustard oil                     1 cup
salt to taste 
green chopped chillies           5 to 8
carrots                                1 chopped 
potato                                     2 peeled chopped 
green beans                     1/2 cup chopped 
fenugreek seeds            1 tsp ( 6 to 8 only )
turmeric powder             1 tsp
lemon juice                          4 tbsp
curry leafs                            6
white cumin                        1 tsp
nigella                                   1 tsp
red chilly flakes                        2 tbsp
mustard seeds                           1 tbsp

method :
  • heat up mustard oil in a  pan add fenugreek seeds, mustard seeds   and curry leaf . after few seconds add all vegetables , green chilly ( cauliflower , green peas , potato , carrot , and sauté for 4 to 5 minutes . 
  • add salt , nigella , crushed red chilly, white cumin and add 1/4 cup of water cover and cook for 15 minutes on slow flame . 
  • after that pour 4 tbsp of lemon juice and mix remove in a serving bowl and serve .
