chicken Kiev / chicken ala kiev





 cooking time : 10-15 minutes 
preparation time : 20 minutes 



ingredients :

chicken breast                   2
salt to taste
bread crumbs                1  cup
pepper powder               1 tsp
white pepper powder            1 tsp
lemon juice                      1 tsp
chopped parsley                  2 tbsp
grated garlic                          5 cloves
refined flour                              1 cup
hard butter                                  100 gram
tooth pick                           10-12
oil to deep fry 





method :
  • take chicken breast and with the help of knife make pocket in it . then with the help of hemmer or with the help of kitchen roller beat it up evenly . 


  • now marinate the chicken breast with lemon juice , sprinkle white pepper powder , and black pepper powder on each . 




    • take grated garlic and chopped parsley , and butter .in a bowl . mix all .now make small balls.
    • place these butter balls over chicken breast and fold it an seal it with the help of toothpick .
    • after folding place the chicken into freezer for about 30 minutes . 
    batter :
    • in a bowl take 2 tbsp corn flour , 2 tbsp refined flour , , break 1 egg and season it with pepper powder and pinch of salt . add little bit of water if required and make fine batter .
    • in a platter take bread crumbs  and set aside . 
    frying :
    • first dip the chilled chicken into flour batter. then coat it with bread crumbs . do this with all the chicken pieces . 
    • deep fry in oil on medium slow flame for 6-7  minutes  , or till chicken get nice golden color . 
    • remove in a platter and cut it serve hot with any sauce or chutney .
