fried kebabs (kababs)


cooking time: 10 minutes
preparation time : 20 minutes 









ingredients :


meat                            1 kg 
onion                          6 
green chillies            7 
ginger                            1 inch 
green coriander          1 cup
pepper powder           1 tsp
salt to taste 
bread slices                     3 
egg                                  1 
cumin  powder                        2 tsp
red chilly powder           1 tbsp
garam masala                 1 tsp
oil to fry 


method :

  • put all the ingredients(except oil ) in mixture jar and grind them well . remove in a platter and make fine ball shapes .
  • place that balls in wooden stick. 
  • heat up oil in a pan and fry the kebabs or you can grill it on griller . 






note :
if you want to BBQ the kebabs do not add eggs add 1 tbsp of clarified butter and mix well  . just place it on iron rod and cook it on hot  coal .
