tawa kaleji ( spicy mutton or beef liver )

cooking time : 10 minutes preparation time : nil 









ingredients :


kaleji (mutton or beef liver )              500 gram chopped in cubes 
lemon juice                 1/2 cup 
salt to taste 
ginger gar,lic paste             2 tbsp
kaleji masala                       4 tbsp
oil                                    3 tbsp 
chopped ginger 

method :
  • take liver , lemon juice , salt , ginger garlic paste , and kaleji masala .mix them all . for 20 minutes 
  • in a pan heat oil add chopped ginger and marinated liver and cover and cook for 10-15 minutes 
  • remove in a serving bowl sprinkle green coriander leave ,and green chilly .


note : DO not over cook it . liver get cooked within 10 minutes . if you cook more liver get harder and harder .
