whole chicken pulao platter .



cooking time : 45 minutes
preparation time : 10 minutes 












ingredients:


whole chicken                       1 skinless 
black cumin                              1 tsp
small cardamom                            3 
bay leaf                         2
cinnamon stick                       2  ( 1 inches )
green chilly                     5 to 7 
chopped tomato                                5 
ginger garlic paste                            2 tbsp
fresh coriander laf                            1 cup chopped 
salt to taste 
potato peeled                           2 ( chopped in large cubes )
oil                                           5 tbsp


method :



  • heat 2 tbsp of oil in a heavy bottom pan add skin removed whole chicken and fry from all the side . 

  • in the same pan add chopped potato . and fry it too . 

  • add chopped tomato  , bay leaf , black cumin , green chilly paste ,small cardamom ,  cinnamon stick , ginger garlic paste . salt , cover for 2 minutes. 
  • add pinch of  orange food color and mix saute for 10 minutes on high flame.


    . . 
  • now add rice and salt and water and cover and cook . 
  • when water dries and rice get 3/4 cooked add chopped coriandre leaf and left of cumin seeds and again cover and cook .
  • remove in a platter and serve .
