pistachio milk shake/pista sharbat

cooking time : 20 minutes
preparation time : 15 minutes











ingredients :
pistachio                  1 cup 
full cream milk           2 liter 
sugar                             1 cup
green color                       1/4 tsp
full cream                       1 cup
condensed milk                  1/2 cup
kewra water/pistachio essence        few drops 
ice-cubes                                  8-15
ice cream                                 2 cup
nuts to garnish  

method :
  • boil the milk add sugar and allow it to get a boil . add food color . allow it to get on room temperature .
  • after that pour it in blender jar along with chopped pistachio, full cream milk , condensed milk , essence , ice-cubes , and any ice-cream .
  • pour this in glasses and serve chilled .
  • garnish it with chopped almonds and pistachio .
