anaar ka raita /pomegranate with curd salad

cooking time : 20 minutes
preparation time : 15 minutes









ingredients :

fresh pomegranate                1 cup peeled 
curd                                     1 cup
fresh garlic clove                 6 cloves 
black salt                                1/2 tsp
red button chillies                     6
roasted cumin powder           1 tsp

to garnish :
mint leaf                     2  tsp
pomegranate               1 tsp





method :  
  • take pomegranate in a mixer , add black salt , roasted cumin powder , and red button chillies . and run it . 


  • add curd and blend for 10 seconds only . remove in a bowl and garnish it with mint leaf .
