poorian /poori /fried bread

cooking time : 20 minutes
preparation time : 15 minutes  










ingredients :

refined flour/flour               1 kg 
salt                                     1 tsp
clarified butter                    5 tbsp 
soda bi carb / meetha soda       1 tsp
oil                                           5 to 7 to deep fry . 

warm water                                as required 


method :
  • take flour , salt , soda i carb and clarified butter in a large mixing bowl . mix well .
  • add warm water and make fine dough . knead it . 
  • make small balls out of the dough . 
  • flatten it with kitchen roller .
  • deep fry it in oil unless it get golden color . flip it .
  • it will come out in like a puff . 
  • enjoy with chole , with kheer , with aalo ki sabzi, or with shrikhand , or with any chicken gravy .
