fried keema / spicy mutton mince

cooking time : 20 minutes
preparation time : 15 minutes

ingredients :

mutton/beef mince                    1/2 kg 
ginger garlic paste                    1 tbps
onion                                  2 sliced 
tomato                                               2 grated 
red chilly powder                       1 tbsp
roasted cumin powder                1 tsp
roasted coriander powder              1 tsp
turmeric powder                            1 tsp
oil                                               1/2 cup
salt to taste 


to garnish :

fresh coriander leaf              1/2 cup
fresh green chilly                 2 
ginger chopped Julian           1 tsp

method :


  • heat oil in a pan add chopped onion fry it till it get golden color add ginger garlic paste , and sauté . 
  • add chopped tomato , coriander powder , cumin powder red chilly powder , salt , turmeric powder , and stir for a while . 

  • add mutton mince sauté and cover and cook till it get fully done . 

  • remove in a platter, garnish it with coriander leaf , green chilly Julian chopped ginger . and serve with naan , tortilla , bread ,
