grilled beef with rice platter


cooking time : 20 minutes preparation time : 10 minutes 












ingredients :

for grilled beef :
beef boneless                 500 grams 
lemon juice           2 tbsp
salt to taste
pepper powder         1 tsp
ginger garlic paste           2 tbsp
green chilly paste          1 tsp
fresh coriander paste         1 tbsp
mustard paste                 2 tbsp
Worcester sauce           2 tbsp
white vinegar                    1 tbsp
oil                              4 tbsp

for rice :
rice                         1 cup (boiled )
egg                                  2
oil                               3 tbsp
garlic clove                     4 
onion                              1 finely sliced 
pepper powder           1/2 tsp
soya sauce               1 tsp
ketchup                          1 tsp
white vinegar                1 tbsp
salt to taste 



method :

to grill beef :
  • cut the beef pieces into slices set aside . 
  • in a mixing bowl take lemon juice , salt , crushed pepper powder , ginger garlic paste , Worcester sauce , mustard paste , white vinegar ,chilly paste and oil . mix well .
  • now dip the beef pieces into it and mix well . allow it to get marinate for 40 minutes .
  • grill it on griller both the side
  • serve . 
for rice :

  • beat 2 eggs in a bowl add salt and fry it . set aside . 
  • in a different pan heat 1 tbsp oil add onion and sauté till onion get golden color add boiled rice and toss them together add pinch of salt ,soya sauce , ketchup ,white vinegar ,  and 1/2 tsp pepper powder then add fried egg . 
  • now toss all the ingredients all together . so that egg get mixed with rice . 
assembling :
  • place the rice in a platter and add grilled beef pieces on the side . serve immediately . 

thus you can make delicious dinner with your left over rice .
