chicken nuggets ☺☺

cooking time : 20 minutes
preparation time : 15  minutes

ingredients : 

chicken mince                1/2 kg 
bread slices                     5
green chillies                     4 chopped 
bread crumbs                     1 cup
refined flour                                     1 cup
egg                                        1
black pepper powder                1/2 tsp
salt to taste 
chopped onion                      1 
grated garlic                     1 tsp
oil to fry 

 method :  
  • take chicken mince , bread slices , green chopped chillies , black pepper powder , salt to taste , garlic paste in a grinder jar run it . 
  • make small balls out of the mixture . make all .
  • beat egg in a ball and set aside . 
  • place refined flour in a platter and set aside . 
  • now dust  the chicken balls in flour then dip it in egg then coat it with bread crumbs and deep fry on medium slow until golden color . 
  • serve with naan , and breads .
