chicken katakat (spicy chicken mince )



cooking time : 10 minutes 
preparation time : 15 minutes







ingredients :


chicken mince                       500 grams ( washed )
onions                               2 chopped 
garlic paste                               1 tsp
ghee   /clarified butter                        2 tbsp 
fenugreek seeds                              1 tbsp
chilly powder                              1 tbsp
choped green chillies                     4
yogurt                                       1/2   cup
ginger                                       1 Julian chopped
salt to taste 
tomatoes                                    3 finely chopped 
katakat masala                           1 tbsp
coriander leaf                           1/2 bunch 

method :
  •  heat oil in a tawa / pan add onions and sauté for 2 minutes  


  • place chicken mince add garlic paste , salt , green chillies sauté for 1 minute and cover&cook  for 2 minutes . 

  • add chopped tomatoes , katakat masala , chilly powder , fenugreek seeds , chopped ginger salt , coriander leaf and ghee/clarified butter and again cover and cook for 6 to 8 minutes . then stir it till the water evaporate . 

  • serve with naan / garlic naan , raugani naan / bread or tortilla .
